Refunds
SnD Custom Woodworking, (us, we, our, the company) is committed to customers ( you, buyer, customer) being satisfied with their purchase. We strive to provide accurate descriptions of products listed in our online store. Refunds can be returned within 30 days of the original ship date to the customer. Refunds, once excepted, will be refunded to the original method of payment. There will be no refund if post mark on the return has exceeded the ship to customer date by 30 days. The following must be present when the return is received by us:
- Return must not be damaged. (except damage to product while in shipment to customer)
- Return must include copy of of receipt of purchase
- Post mark does not exceed 30 days from original ship to customer date
- Must be packaged the same that it was received in.
- Items that are customized to options and/or written specifications by customer are NOT eligible for return.
Return Policy
SnD Custom Woodworking, (us, we, our, the company), is committed to our customers (you, buyer, customer) return experience to be simple and worry free! All eligible returns will be refunded to the original method of payment within 10 days of receipt by the company. All returns must meet the following requirements:
- Must be in the same condition that it was received
- Must contain ALL manuals and literature that it was shipped with
- Must be packaged for retuned in the like manner it was received in.
- Post mark can NOT exceed 30 days from ship to customer post mark
- Must not have been made to specific options or specifications provided by customer making it a custom order
- Take item to nearest post office and pay for the return shipping to: SnD Custom Woodworking, Prattville, Al 36068.
